The order of the pins/colors in the cable runs 
should be as follows :

	1 - White/Orange
	2 - Orange
	3 - White/Green
	4 - Blue
	5 - White/Blue
	6 - Green
	7 - White/Brown
	8 - Brown

The cable should be held as follows :

(while holding the cable in your hand
and looking at the end of the connector
as if looking down the barrel of a gun)

(assuming that you are looking at 
end that is exposed into the room)

Note that the pin numbers change from the
wall to the "in hand" cable, so that they 
re-orient themselves when plugged in.
