However, I have just come across a very good article of great concern to those using Compaq Insight Manager. Read the InfoWorld article about it.

Additionally, it would be a good idea to be alert of any port scans, or other attacks going on. There is another good InfoWorld article which discusses these topics.

In the December issue of Network Magazine, there was a pretty good article in the best practices area, of how to help prevent malicious code from executing on Windows machines. Just scroll down to the "Banish Malicious Mobile Code" section.
